Now you are ready to investigate whether or not what Bully is telling you is really true or not. Try asking questions like these:

• Is this a threat to my safety?

• On a scale of 1 to 100%, how true is this?

• Will I actually fail my exam because Bully says so?

When you are in Smart Mode then the answers may be something like this:

• ‘No it’s not, I am perfectly safe!’

• ‘When I really think about it, it's just 2% true.’

• ‘Of course not, if I do my best I'll be OK!
