When our brain is in Bully Mode it treats threats that are not real threats to our safety, as though they are. We call these imagined threats.

The following 5 steps are based on skills that will help you to shift back to Smart Mode and can be used anytime you realise you are in Bully Mode.

Work through the steps in order. As with everything we learn, in the beginning it takes time, but with practise it will become easier.
